This Privacy Policy shall enter into force once the persons (Users) who will access the Dashmetrics application owned by iMobilecode install the Mobile Application on their devices.
This Privacy Policy contains provisions regarding the collection, use, and processing of information belonging to Users for the purpose of enabling Users to benefit from the services of Dashmetrics within the scope of the Mobile Application. iMobilecode may unilaterally amend the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time by publishing them in its Mobile Application. The amended provisions enter into force on the date they are published in the Mobile Application.
Should Users wish to leave the Mobile Application, it will be sufficient for them to uninstall the application from their devices.
Dashmetrics does not record video. It reads dashcam and Sentry Mode video files that the User's Tesla vehicle has already recorded and that the User chooses to import — from the vehicle's USB drive, from the Files app, or from the Photos library. The application extracts the telemetry that Tesla embeds inside those video files (speed, pedal and steering positions, gear, acceleration, and GPS coordinates), displays it, and can render it as an overlay onto a new video.
The application does not require creating an account, and iMobilecode operates no servers that store User content.
Dashmetrics does not use the camera, the microphone, the device's location services, or the motion and acceleration sensors, and does not ask for those permissions. All speed, route, and G-force information shown by the application comes from data recorded inside the User's own Tesla video files, not from the phone's sensors.
Video files, the telemetry extracted from them (including GPS coordinates), trimming and overlay preferences, and the rendered export are processed and stored on the User's device. Video decoding, telemetry extraction, and export rendering are performed on the device.
If the User exports telemetry as a CSV file, that file contains the coordinates, speed, and timestamps from their recording. It is written on the device and shared only where the User chooses to send it.
The application uses the following third-party services. Their use is limited to advertising, purchases, and diagnostics — no video, no telemetry track, and no file names are sent to them.
User data is not sold. It is not shared with third parties for any purpose other than those described above.
The free version of Dashmetrics is supported by advertising. On first use, iOS asks the User whether Dashmetrics may track them across other companies' apps and websites, which in practice means whether advertisements may use the device's advertising identifier (IDFA).
Every feature of the application works the same either way. The choice can be changed at any time in iOS Settings, under Privacy & Security → Tracking. Users who purchase the premium version see no advertisements at all.
All video recordings, extracted telemetry, and application preferences are stored on the User's device. The User may delete exported files from the Photos library and may remove all application data by uninstalling the application from the device.
If the User chooses to share a recording with another application, a cloud service, or a third party, the shared content becomes subject to the privacy terms of that platform.
Dashmetrics is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group.
The User is responsible for complying with the applicable legislation on video and audio recording in their country. Responsibility arising from the manner in which the application is used belongs to the User.

İşbu Gizlilik Politikası, iMobilecode’a ait Dashmetrics uygulamasına erişim sağlayacak kişilerin (Kullanıcıların) Mobil Uygulamayı cihazlarına yüklemesi ile birlikte yürürlüğe girmiş olacaktır.
İşbu Gizlilik Politikası, Dashmetrics’in Mobil Uygulama kapsamındaki hizmetlerinden Kullanıcıları yararlandırmak amacıyla Kullanıcılara ait bilgilerin toplanması, kullanılması ve işlenmesine ilişkin hükümleri içermektedir. iMobilecode işbu Gizlilik Politikası hükümlerini, dilediği zaman Mobil Uygulamasında yayınlamak suretiyle tek taraflı olarak değiştirebilir. Değiştirilen hükümler, Mobil Uygulamada yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer.
Kullanıcıların Mobil Uygulamadan ayrılmak istemesi durumunda, uygulamayı cihazlarından kaldırması yeterli olacaktır.
Dashmetrics video kaydı almaz. Kullanıcının Tesla aracının halihazırda kaydettiği ve Kullanıcının içe aktarmayı seçtiği dashcam ve Sentry Mode video dosyalarını okur — aracın USB belleğinden, Dosyalar uygulamasından veya Fotoğraflar kitaplığından. Uygulama, Tesla’nın bu video dosyalarının içine gömdüğü telemetriyi (hız, pedal ve direksiyon konumu, vites, ivme ve GPS koordinatları) çıkarır, görüntüler ve dilenirse yeni bir videoya bindirerek dışa aktarır.
Uygulama hesap oluşturulmasını gerektirmez ve iMobilecode, Kullanıcı içeriğini saklayan herhangi bir sunucu işletmez.
Dashmetrics kamerayı, mikrofonu, cihazın konum servislerini ve hareket/ivme sensörlerini kullanmaz ve bu izinleri istemez. Uygulamanın gösterdiği tüm hız, rota ve G-kuvveti bilgisi, telefonun sensörlerinden değil, Kullanıcının kendi Tesla video dosyalarının içindeki kayıtlı veriden gelir.
Video dosyaları, bunlardan çıkarılan telemetri (GPS koordinatları dahil), kırpma ve bindirme tercihleri ile dışa aktarılan video Kullanıcının cihazında işlenir ve saklanır. Video çözme, telemetri çıkarma ve dışa aktarma işlemleri cihaz üzerinde gerçekleştirilir.
Kullanıcının telemetriyi CSV olarak dışa aktarması halinde, bu dosya kaydına ait koordinatları, hızı ve zaman damgalarını içerir. Dosya cihazda oluşturulur ve yalnızca Kullanıcının göndermeyi seçtiği yere iletilir.
Uygulama aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır. Kullanım reklam, satın alma ve teşhis ile sınırlıdır — bu hizmetlere video, telemetri kaydı veya dosya adı gönderilmez.
Kullanıcı verisi satılmaz. Yukarıda açıklananların dışındaki hiçbir amaçla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz.
Dashmetrics’in ücretsiz sürümü reklamla desteklenir. İlk kullanımda iOS, Dashmetrics’in Kullanıcıyı diğer şirketlerin uygulama ve web sitelerinde izleyip izleyemeyeceğini sorar; pratikte bu, reklamların cihazın reklam tanımlayıcısını (IDFA) kullanıp kullanamayacağı anlamına gelir.
Uygulamanın tüm özellikleri her iki durumda da aynı şekilde çalışır. Tercih, iOS Ayarlar → Gizlilik ve Güvenlik → İzleme bölümünden istenildiği zaman değiştirilebilir. Premium sürümü satın alan Kullanıcılara hiç reklam gösterilmez.

Kullanıcının kendi tercihiyle bir kaydı başka bir uygulamaya, buluta veya üçüncü bir kişiye paylaşması halinde, paylaşılan içerik ilgili platformun gizlilik koşullarına tabi olur.
Dashmetrics 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bu yaş grubundan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Kullanıcı, bulunduğu ülkede video ve ses kaydına ilişkin yürürlükteki mevzuata uymakla yükümlüdür. Uygulamanın kullanım şeklinden doğan sorumluluk Kullanıcıya aittir.
