İşbu Gizlilik Politikası, iMobilecode’a ait Eczane uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) cihazına yükleyen kişilerin (“Kullanıcı”) verilerinin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını ve paylaşıldığını açıklar. Uygulamanın yüklenmesiyle birlikte yürürlüğe girer.
iMobilecode bu politikayı dilediği zaman güncelleyebilir; güncellenen metin bu sayfada yayımlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer. Uygulamadan ayrılmak isteyen Kullanıcı için uygulamayı kaldırmak yeterlidir.
Konum bilgisi (isteğe bağlı). Uygulama, size en yakın eczaneleri ve bulunduğunuz ilin nöbetçi listesini gösterebilmek için konumunuza erişmek üzere izin ister. Konum izni vermek zorunlu değildir: izin vermezseniz Uygulama, ilinizi ayarlardan elle seçmenizle tam olarak çalışmaya devam eder. Konum bilgisi mesafe hesabı ve harita çerçevelemesi için cihazınızda işlenir; iMobilecode sunucularına gönderilmez. Bulunduğunuz ilin adını çözümlemek amacıyla koordinatlarınız Android işletim sisteminin adres çözümleme (Geocoder) servisine iletilir; bu servis Google tarafından işletilmektedir.
Cihaz ve reklam tanımlayıcıları. Uygulama reklam gösterimi, ölçümleme ve kötüye kullanım/geçersiz trafik önleme amaçlarıyla cihazınızın reklam kimliğini (Advertising ID) ve benzeri tanımlayıcıları kullanır. Bu tanımlayıcılar aşağıda sayılan üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle paylaşılır.
Uygulama kullanım verileri. Hangi ekranların görüntülendiği, hangi ilin seçildiği, arama/yol tarifi/paylaşım gibi işlemlerin yapıldığı gibi etkileşim olayları, Uygulamanın nasıl kullanıldığını anlamak ve geliştirmek amacıyla anonim olarak toplanır. Bu olaylara adresiniz, telefon numaranız, konumunuz veya görüntülediğiniz eczanenin kimliği dâhil edilmez.
Çökme ve tanılama verileri. Uygulama beklenmedik şekilde kapandığında; hata yığını, cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve uygulama sürümü gibi teknik bilgiler hatayı gidermek amacıyla toplanır.
Satın alma bilgileri. Reklamsız kullanım için sunulan abonelik ve tek seferlik satın alma işlemleri Google Play üzerinden yürütülür. Ödeme işlemini Google gerçekleştirir; iMobilecode kart bilgilerinizi görmez ve saklamaz. Uygulama yalnızca satın almanın geçerli olup olmadığı bilgisini alır.
Cihazda saklanan tercihler. Favori eczaneler, seçili il, tema ve harita tercihi yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda ya da uygulama verilerini temizlediğinizde bu bilgiler silinir.
Uygulama hesap oluşturma veya giriş yapma özelliği sunmaz; adınız, e-posta adresiniz veya telefon numaranız istenmez ve toplanmaz.
Toplanan veriler yalnızca şu amaçlarla kullanılır: Uygulamanın çalışması (yakındaki ve nöbetçi eczanelerin gösterilmesi), performans ve hataların izlenmesi, kullanım istatistiklerinin çıkarılması, reklam gösterimi ve ölçümlenmesi, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi.
iMobilecode’a ait sunucular yalnızca eczane ve nöbet listelerini sunar. Uygulama bu sunuculara yalnızca listelenecek ilin adını iletir; kişisel veri, konum koordinatı veya cihaz tanımlayıcısı iletmez.
Uygulama, işlevlerini yerine getirmek için aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kullanır. Bu hizmetler kendi gizlilik politikaları kapsamında veri işler:
Bunların dışında verileriniz hiçbir üçüncü tarafa satılmaz veya pazarlama amacıyla devredilmez.
Uygulama ücretsiz sürümde reklam içerir. Reklamların kişiselleştirilmesini sınırlamak veya reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlamak/silmek için cihazınızda Ayarlar → Gizlilik → Reklamlar bölümünü kullanabilirsiniz. Uygulama içindeki Premium abonelik veya ömür boyu erişim satın alındığında Uygulamadaki tüm reklamlar kaldırılır.
Cihazınızda tutulan tercihler, Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda veya uygulama verilerini temizlediğinizde silinir. Çökme raporları Google Crashlytics tarafından sınırlı bir süre (varsayılan olarak 90 gün) saklanır; analitik veriler Google’ın ilgili saklama süreleri boyunca tutulur.
Uygulama aracılığıyla toplanan verilerin silinmesini talep etmek için support@imobilecode.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Talepler en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Uygulama hesap oluşturmadığı için silinecek bir kullanıcı hesabı bulunmaz; talep, analitik ve çökme kayıtlarıyla ilişkili tanımlayıcıları kapsar.
Uygulamanın sunucularımızla ve üçüncü taraf hizmetlerle kurduğu tüm bağlantılar şifrelidir (HTTPS). Eczane ve nöbet verilerini sunan bağlantılarda ayrıca sertifika sabitleme (certificate pinning) uygulanır.
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.

This Privacy Policy explains how data belonging to persons (“User”) who install the Eczane application (“Application”) owned by iMobilecode is collected, used and shared. It enters into force once the Application is installed.
iMobilecode may update this policy at any time; the updated text enters into force on the date it is published on this page. Users who wish to leave the Application need only uninstall it.
Location (optional). The Application requests permission to access your location in order to show you the nearest pharmacies and the on-duty list for your province. Granting location permission is not required: if you decline, the Application continues to work fully once you select your province manually in settings. Location is processed on your device for distance calculation and map framing; it is not sent to iMobilecode servers. In order to resolve the name of your province, your coordinates are passed to the Android operating system’s address resolution (Geocoder) service, which is operated by Google.
Device and advertising identifiers. The Application uses your device’s Advertising ID and similar identifiers for the purposes of serving and measuring ads and preventing abuse and invalid traffic. These identifiers are shared with the third-party services listed below.
Application usage data. Interaction events such as which screens are viewed, which province is selected, and whether actions like calling, directions or sharing were performed are collected anonymously in order to understand and improve how the Application is used. These events do not include your address, phone number, location, or the identity of the pharmacy you viewed.
Crash and diagnostic data. When the Application closes unexpectedly, technical information such as the stack trace, device model, operating system version and application version is collected in order to fix the error.
Purchase information. Subscriptions and one-time purchases offered for ad-free use are handled through Google Play. Payment is processed by Google; iMobilecode does not see or store your card details. The Application only receives information about whether a purchase is valid.
Preferences stored on the device. Favourite pharmacies, the selected province, theme and map preference are stored only on your device. They are deleted when you uninstall the Application or clear its data.
The Application offers no account creation or sign-in; your name, email address and phone number are neither requested nor collected.
Collected data is used solely for the following purposes: operating the Application (showing nearby and on-duty pharmacies), monitoring performance and errors, producing usage statistics, serving and measuring advertisements, and preventing abuse.
Servers belonging to iMobilecode only serve pharmacy and on-duty lists. The Application transmits only the name of the province to be listed to these servers; it transmits no personal data, location coordinates or device identifiers.
The Application uses the following third-party services to perform its functions. These services process data under their own privacy policies:
Apart from these, your data is not sold to any third party or transferred for marketing purposes.
The Application contains advertisements in its free version. To limit ad personalisation or to reset/delete your advertising ID, you can use Settings → Privacy → Ads on your device. When the Premium subscription or lifetime access is purchased within the Application, all advertisements are removed.
Preferences held on your device are deleted when you uninstall the Application or clear its data. Crash reports are retained by Google Crashlytics for a limited period (90 days by default); analytics data is retained for Google’s applicable retention periods.
To request deletion of data collected through the Application, you may write to support@imobilecode.com. Requests are answered within 30 days at the latest. As the Application creates no accounts, there is no user account to delete; the request covers identifiers associated with analytics and crash records.
All connections the Application establishes with our servers and with third-party services are encrypted (HTTPS). Certificate pinning is additionally applied to the connections serving pharmacy and on-duty data.
The Application is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you have the right to request information about the data processed about you and to request its correction or deletion. To exercise these rights, you may contact the email address below.
